Deuce

Currently we are at deuce. Not to be confused with dooce.

We countered Saturday morning with a respectful amount, and within a few hours the sellers came back again with what they claim was their final & firm offer. Unfortunately for them, it was still too high for us because of all the remodeling plans we have in store for it, it would surely put us in an uncomfortable territory. Gilday and I talked about it and, while the house has amazing potential and the coolest 1950's fridge in the basement, we could only go so high. After talking with SAE, we countered again with our highest and best, which was $5000 lower than their "firm" offer. So, we're just waiting to see what happens.

I'm very happy that I have 2 mid-term projects to keep me entertained. That and the happiness that is a quick trip to Cali to visit friends during memorial day weekend.
