I think the whole idea for me to blog everyday for the month of November was a terrible idea. I don't think I'm going to make it. Another busy day at work, and lots of homework to do before its Monday deadline , and adding in the fact that I have to work at a trade show of sorts on Sunday makes for a busy Sheila. Though, Sunday should be fun at least.
I'm setting up a booth at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center at the Hudson Valley Fun Festival, with a TV, a PS3 to play which will be raffled off at the end of the show, some ipod shuffle giveaways, and lots of random stuff to give to the kids who will be attending. Its a free event for the kids and since we have a great program to get them started on the road to fiscal responsibility (which I designed and implemented) it only seemed appropriate that we attend. I also found out that we will be the only financial institution there so its a pretty sweet deal for us. I normally wouldn't have to work it, but since I'm the Chairman of our Youth Initiative, it was only fair that I work the event. I've got some of our interns to help me out in the event so I wont be lonely. And, if it gets boring, we can always play with the PS3!
Lets hope I can keep up the posting.
Tomorrows goals: Homework. Dinner with friends. Quantum of Solace.
