We had our home inspection on saturday. All went well until we found out about some code violations that the house currently has. There is a problem with the electric, and a non-disclosed buried oil tank our home inspector found in the front yard. We're waiting on the report so we can back up our findings to negotiate the price of the house lower. With all the renovations we have in store (see photo's above) we don't have much wiggle room to take on the code violations AND make the house kick ass cool. So, stay tuned on that development.In other news, not much else is going on. Just doing homework, enjoying the John Adams Mini-series on HBO and anxiously awaiting for our trip to CA in May.

I kinda like the retro pink and green bathroom...The kitchen has potential though! Just rip off that horrid wallpaper, sand and paint the cabinets white (unless you had plans to replace them) buy some new appliances, get some new floor covering and you've got a cool retro-modern kitchen. :D
