There is another department who shares the marketing side of the 3rd floor (attic) in our office building. There are about 6 members of the department (which include the annoying new girl) and they all share a communal black & white printer which is down by my cubicle. When they print something, they have to walk down to my dead end to get their info and walk back. One thing that I've noticed is that every one of them scuffs their feet and/or wear shoes with no back so they flip, flip, flop, flip, flip their way to their destination. In my absence, they have aquired a few temps to help them with paperwork and filing. And, I kid you not, they all do the same exact thing. flip, flip, flop, flip, shuffle, flip, flip, shuffle. It must be a requirement to work in that department.
Marketing: 3 members + VP + College/Masters Degrees = No shuffling or flip-floppy shoes
Other Department: 9 members + Manager + H.S. Diploma = Shuffling and flip-floppy shoes
Humm....
Yeah. I said it.
